COMMUNITY CARE BUSINESS SUPPORT OFFICER

Permanent Part-Time (64 hours per fortnight)

Are you an experienced administration and business support professional looking to make a meaningful impact in your community? REDHS is seeking a highly organised and proactive Community Care Business Support Officer to support the delivery of high-quality community and allied health services across multiple funded programs.

About the role

The Community Care Business Support Officer plays a critical role in supporting the administrative, financial, reporting, and operational functions of the Allied Health & Community Services Directorate.

Working closely with the Director Allied Health & Community Services, Allied Health Team Leader, Support at Home Team Leader, Community and In-Home Support Team Leader, and Intake Officer, you will help ensure compliance with funding requirements, maintain accurate service and financial reporting, and contribute to the efficient delivery of community-based services.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, systems, reporting, and stakeholders while supporting services that make a genuine difference to people's lives.

What we are looking for

- Coordinate and maintain reporting requirements across multiple funding streams and programs

- Support financial administration, data management, and business performance reporting

- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of client, service, and financial data

- Provide system administration support across relevant software platforms

- Monitor and assist with compliance against funding and contractual obligations

- Prepare reports, dashboards, documentation, and performance information for management





- Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational processes

- Assist leaders with service planning, administration, and business support activities

- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery and reporting outcomes

Essential requirements

· Current National Police Check, Working with Children Check and NDIS Check (or willingness to obtain)

· Right to work in Australia

We are a publicly funded Small Rural Health Service, providing a broad range of acute, residential aged care,



preventative and primary health programs to a population of approximately 8,600 people from Rochester and surrounds.
