Bella Brutta is looking for an restaurant manager to join our team.

We’re a busy Newtown Pizza Restaurant known for our wood-fired pizzas and loyal regulars. Service here is fast paced, detail focused and genuinely warm. You’ll be responsible for creating a great experience for our customers while supporting the team, maintaining high food and service standards and ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

- Lead, motivate and support the restaurant team

- Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing

- Maintain excellent customer service and food-quality standards

- Manage staff rosters, training and day-to-day performance

- Monitor stock levels, ordering and beverage costs

- Ensure food safety, cleanliness and workplace standards are maintained

- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally

- Monitor sales, labour costs and other key operational targets

- Help create a positive,



energetic and team-focused workplace

- Work closely with the owners to improve restaurant performance

What We’re Looking For

- Previous restaurant or hospitality management experience

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- A hands-on approach and willingness to work alongside the team

- Excellent organisation and time-management skills

- A genuine focus on customer service

- Ability to remain calm and effective during busy service periods

- Knowledge of food safety and hospitality procedures

- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required

Experience in a pizza restaurant or high-volume takeaway setting is an advantage, but we’re also open to experienced hospitality supervisors ready to take the next step.
