About the role

You'll be the key link between the company and our site operators. We move fast, so clear, quick communication in both directions is the most significant part of this job. You'll make sure company decisions, changes and priorities reach sites quickly and are understood. You'll also bring site issues and feedback back to the Business Manager before they become problems. A year from now, success looks like this: every site passes its compliance and food safety checks without surprises, new sites and layout changes go in smoothly, site managers know exactly what "Vibe standard" means, and no one is left waiting for an answer.

Key responsibilities

- Plan and carry out regular site visits and audits across Perth metro and the South West

- Check that every site meets company standards for presentation, customer service, stock and operations

- Oversee WHS, dangerous goods and fuel-handling compliance, and follow incidents through to closure

- Check food safety and hygiene compliance at every site, including storage, handling, temperature control and records

- Make sure sites follow the rules on age-restricted products, signage and licensing

- Help set up new sites and carry out product layout and planogram changes

- Attend sites at short notice for emergencies or urgent issues

- Coach site operators and staff on standards, and check that corrective actions are done

- Act as the main day-to-day contact between the company and site operators, passing on updates, changes and priorities clearly and following up to confirm action

- Write clear visit reports for the Business Manager and Sites, with issues, responsibilities and due dates

About you





- Experience in a supervisory or management role in retail, fuel, convenience or hospitality

- A proven record of communicating clearly and promptly with both management and frontline teams in a fast-paced environment, in person, by phone and in writing

- A current, full driver's licence, access to a reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel regularly between Perth and South West sites

- Availability to attend sites at short notice when urgent issues come up

- Experience in food retail, food service or quick-service food, ideally with a Food Safety Supervisor certificate (preferred)

- Experience in fuel retail or with dangerous goods and hazardous substances (preferred)

- Experience running audits, site inspections or compliance checks (preferred)

- Experience with store set-ups, merchandising or planogram changes (preferred)

- WHS qualification (e.g. Cert IV in WHS) or a first aid certificate (preferred)

- Multi-site or area management experience (preferred)
