Position: Club Leader of Coaching

Employment Type: Part-Time (minimum 15 hours)

Location: Urban Climb Collingwood

Role Responsibilities:

As the Club Leader at Urban Climb Collingwood, you will be a key player in upholding the values and exceptions of club team members while also working towards driving the success of the club. Reporting to the Club Manager, you will lead and directly manage a energetic team of club team members. You will play a key role in overseeing the coordination, management and implementation of specific Club products. Your role is integral to the overall club team, contributing to its team leadership, program coordination and implementation, financial performance, membership growth and retention, facility cleanliness and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

As Club Leader of Coaching, you will play a pivotal role in the management of the overall coaching programs that are offered at Urban Climb Collingwood. This includes adult coaching programs,



as well as yoga and fitness classes. Your primary areas of responsibility will be to work with the Club Manager to oversee the efficient day to day operation of these programs and fitness spaces, including staff rostering, class management and customer engagement. You will work closely with the Club Manager, supported by the National Coaching Manager, to deliver a coaching experience that aligns with Collingwood's needs and with our mission and vision to inspire life long adventure.
