The Role
We currently have a fantastic chance for a motivated and experienced Full-Time Food & Beverage Attendant to work in our hotel's F&B; Outlets.
Duties
Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, the successful applicant will pride themselves on working in a team to deliver seamless, friendly and efficient service to our guests.
The successful candidate needs to possess the following experience and skills
- Strong Customer service skills and a commitment to exceptional guest service
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Wine knowledge and cocktail knowledge preferred
- Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
- Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to work independently
- Minimum 2 years' Food & Beverage experience
- Knowledge of Micros POS
- Hold a current RSA Certification
- Availability to work Flexible Shifts
