About the role

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead a small, high-performing team of 7 people focused on appointment setting and outbound sales. This is a hands-on role suited to a strong leader who can coach, motivate, and drive results.

Key responsibilities

- Manage and lead a team of 7 appointment setters / sales agents

- Oversee daily call centre operations and performance

- Set KPIs and drive appointment and sales targets

- Train, coach, and monitor call quality and conversions

- Implement scripts, processes, and performance improvements

- Track results, prepare reports, and optimise productivity

- Ensure team accountability and high standards

About you

- Previous experience managing a small sales or call centre team

- Strong background in appointment setting / outbound sales

- Hands-on leadership and coaching ability

- Results-driven and target-focused mindset

- Experience with CRM and call reporting systems
