The Chance

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Organics Recycling Operator to join our Organics team in Dubbo.

This is a hands-on role responsible for operating a loader and assisting with the segregation of contamination in organics processing of Food and Garden Organics (FOGO) materials. You'll play an important part in helping produce high-quality compost products, maintaining site standards, and supporting sustainable waste management practices.

This role will see you helping to ensure that we meet our environmental obligations, before turning our green waste into compost to be returned to your garden.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate a loader safely and efficiently

- Remove contamination from incoming Food and Garden Organics materials

- Identify and separate recyclable and non-acceptable materials

- Assist with site operations and material handling

- Report safety concerns, hazards, equipment faults, and maintenance requirements

- Monitor plant operations and control panels when required

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area

- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Demonstrated Front-End Loader Experience

- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety

- The ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Good communication skills

- A reliable work ethic and positive attitude

- Flexibility to undertake a variety of tasks as required
