About the role

The Site Manager is responsible for the on-site coordination and management of HVAC installation projects. This role ensures that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, while adhering to project schedules and specifications. The Site Manager will oversee in office personnel, subcontractors, and material management.

Key responsibilities

- Oversee daily on-site operations and ensure smooth project workflow

- Coordinate and supervise HVAC installers, subcontractors, and other on-site personnel

- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and building codes

- Manage and coordinate material deliveries and in office storage

- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work

- Enforce all safety regulations and company safety policies

- Conduct regular safety meetings and toolbox talks





- Monitor project schedules and report progress to the Project Manager

- Ensure that all HVAC installations meet quality standards

- Provide leadership and guidance to on-site personnel

About you

- Proven experience as an HVAC Site Manager or similar role

- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and installation procedures

- Ability to read and interpret standards, schematics, and technical drawings

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes

- Valid driver's license

- Experience managing subcontractors
