About the Role

We are looking for a Full-time Aquatic Supervisor to lead cleaning operations across our Aquatic & Leisure Sites in Victoria.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the safe, productive and consistent delivery of cleaning services across allocated aquatic and leisure facilities. You will take ownership of the day-to-day cleaning operation, including coordinating and training the cleaning team, monitoring performance, conducting quality inspections, and maintaining strong communication with Quayclean management and the client.

As a key point of contact for operational issues, you will work closely with the Regional Manager, clients and team members to drive service quality, accountability and continuous improvement.

This role operates Monday to Friday on afternoon and night shifts, from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM. Work locations vary daily, as the role requires travel between different sites, and a company vehicle will be provided.

What You'll Be Doing

- Leading,



training and supervising Team Leaders and cleaning team members across different aquatic and leisure sites, including night operations
- Coordinating daily cleaning duties and ensuring work is completed in line with the contract scope and cleaning schedules
- Working hands-on alongside the team and assisting with cleaning duties where required
- Preparing and monitoring rosters to ensure adequate coverage within approved labour budgets
- Monitoring team attendance, timesheets, performance and completion of assigned tasks
- Providing ongoing training, coaching and support to new and existing team members
- Conducting regular toolbox talks and ensuring the team follows safety, PPE, chemical and hygiene requirements
- Monitoring cleaning equipment, consumables and stock levels, and ensuring equipment is appropriately maintained and chemicals are stored safely
- Maintaining strong communication with the client, site representatives and Quayclean management
- Completing required site reports, quality and safety audits, checklists and operational documentation

What You'll Bring

- Previous cleaning experience, with supervisory or team leadership experience highly regarded




- Experience in wet-area or aquatic facility cleaning (highly desirable)
- Confidence in leading, training and motivating a team in a busy operational environment
- Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- A hands-on approach and willingness to assist with cleaning duties when required
- Good organisational skills and the ability to coordinate a large team across different shifts and sites
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- Current Police Check
- Current Working with Children Check
- Valid Australian driver's license
