The International Sales Manager plays a key role in driving export sales performance, strengthening global customer partnerships and identifying new market opportunities across established and emerging international markets. Based in Footscray or Epping, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced environment and make a meaningful impact on the continued growth and success of our international business.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Grow and maintain relationships with international customers, distributors and key stakeholders.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across global markets.
- Negotiate pricing, supply programs and commercial agreements.
- Manage export orders from sale through to successful delivery.
- Monitor market trends, customer demand and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximise product availability and customer satisfaction.




- Ensure compliance with export requirements, documentation and international trade regulations.
- Provide market intelligence and customer insights to support business decision-making.
- Represent Premier Fresh Australia professionally across international markets and industry networks.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

- 5+ years' proven success in Sales Management or Business Development, ideally within the Fresh Produce industry.
- Strong experience working with export markets and international customers.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Experience managing key customer accounts and negotiating commercial outcomes.
- Understanding of seasonal produce cycles and operational requirements.
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, International Trade or a related discipline (highly regarded).
