What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO) in Queensland. In this role, you will take direct accountability for the successful delivery of assigned projects across our organization, ensuring they meet agreed outcomes on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. You will manage projects end-to-end, making critical decisions and taking actions necessary to deliver results across manufactured and remanufactured products, engineered products, innovation pipeline projects, corporate strategic initiatives, and business optimization programs.

This position offers the chance to lead complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives while working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and finance. You will play a pivotal role in driving project excellence, embedding continuous improvements, and maintaining our commitment to quality and efficiency standards.

Here's What You'll Do:

- Own the delivery of assigned projects, ensuring they meet agreed scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, identifying dependencies, critical paths, task ownership, and resource constraints.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues,



implementing mitigation and contingency plans to protect delivery commitments.
- Direct and coordinate work across all functions to ensure tasks are completed according to plan.
- Maintain control of project budgets, tracking expenditure, forecasting costs, and ensuring financial objectives are met.
- Make timely decisions to remove obstacles, resolve conflicts, and maintain project momentum.
- Provide accurate and regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements, risks, and corrective actions.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet agreed technical and quality standards.
- Lead lessons-learned reviews and embed improvements into future projects.
- Uphold and, where appropriate, challenge internal policies and processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Here's What You'll Need:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or related field.
- At least three years of direct project leadership with full accountability for scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
- Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams in a matrix environment.
- Demonstrated success delivering projects within agreed parameters.
- Experience managing project budgets and controlling financial outcomes.
- Strong decision-making, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of organization and time management, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Clear and confident communication skills with all stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain focus on delivery outcomes.
- Valid work authorization in Australia.

Preferred Qualifications:

- PMP certification.

You'll also need to meet pre-employment requirements including a medical assessment and drug & alcohol screening and hold a current Australian driver's licence.
