About the role

We are a fast-paced, high-volume digital print and bindery business based in Melbourne’s south-east, conveniently located near public transport and major freeways. Our team is passionate about quality, innovation, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated team member to join our production department in a full-time role (Monday to Friday).

Key responsibilities

- Operate and maintain a high-speed thermal laminator

- Use a range of finishing equipment including guillotines, folders, and binders

- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of machinery

- Monitor quality and ensure finished products meet specifications

- Coordinate with prepress and digital print teams to manage workflow

- Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and resolve issues

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment

About you

- Experience with high-speed thermal laminators (preferred)





- Strong mechanical aptitude or prior machine operation experience

- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Ability to follow job instructions and specifications accurately

- Valuable time management and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude

- Willingness to learn and grow within the print industry

- Reliable, punctual, and well-organised

- Basic computer skills (training provided)

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
