You'll play a key role in overseeing your team, coordinating day-to-day operations and working closely with the wider branch to deliver positive customer outcomes. If you're organised, customer-focused and have a strong eye for compliance, this could be your next move.

The Role

- Lead, mentor and develop a team of 8–15 employees

- Coordinate workforce and fleet scheduling to maximise productivity

- Manage fleet repairs, maintenance and visual presentation

- Maintain a safe, compliant and secure working environment

- Manage property, site security and operational assets

- Anticipate issues, solve problems and resolve conflicts





- Work with Sales, Administration and Operations to deliver positive customer outcomes

Our Next Leader

- Proven leadership and people management skills

- Strong organisational, planning and problem-solving abilities

- Confident communication across sales, administration and operations

- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to compliance

- Experience in logistics, warehousing, removals or a similar operational environment is highly regarded

- Forklift or furniture handling experience is advantageous
