What’s the gig? You’ll take the lead across the shift, making sure everything from receiving, replenishment and inventory through to picking, packing and dispatch is running safely, accurately and on time.

You’ll be the person who keeps the big picture in view, balancing labour, priorities and customer requirements while supporting supervisors and warehouse teams to get the best out of their day.

When things don’t go to plan, you’ll be the one who steps in, works out what’s happening and gets things moving again.

You’ll also keep a close eye on shift performance, safety, productivity and service levels,



looking for practical ways to improve how the warehouse operates.

And when it’s time to hand over to the next shift, you’ll make sure they know exactly what’s been done, what’s outstanding and what needs attention.

What you’ll bring:

We’re looking for an experienced warehouse leader who knows how to lead people, manage competing priorities and keep an operation moving.

You’ll ideally have:

- 3+ years experience in warehouse, logistics or distribution leadership
- Solid knowledge of end to end warehouse operations
- Experience leading supervisors and operational teams
- A genuine focus on safety, compliance and doing things the right way
- Strong communication and people management skills
- The ability to make good decisions quickly and calmly
- A practical, hands-on approach to problem solving
- Experience working with warehouse KPIs, labour planning and productivity targets
- A mindset for continuous improvement, you’re always looking for a better way to do things
- The confidence to work autonomously while keeping stakeholders in the loop

Experience across receiving, inventory, replenishment, picking, packing, dispatch, transport or MHE will be highly regarded.
