We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to support a $12M Health Facility project in Bourke, NSW.

This is an excellent short-term opportunity for a hands-on construction professional looking to step into a regional project and provide strong site leadership during the critical initial establishment phase.

The project is currently moving through its initial site establishment phase, with works including:

- Site establishment and set-up
- Remediation works
- Site sheds
- Surveying
- In-ground services
- Screw piling
- Subcontractor coordination
- Site safety, quality and compliance
- General site reporting and project correspondence

You will ideally have:

- Previous experience as a Site Manager, Site Supervisor or Foreman
- Solid commercial construction experience




- Experience managing site establishment and early works
- Solid subcontractor management and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong computer literacy
- Experience using HammerTech and Aconex
- Confidence managing project documentation, reporting and correspondence
- The ability to work independently in a regional environment
