About the role

As General Manager, you'll take ownership of one of our restaurants and lead from the front. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll spend time in the business supporting your team, connecting with guests and driving results. You'll be responsible for the overall success of the restaurant, balancing people, operations and commercial performance within a globally recognised brand.

- Manage labour, food and operating costs

- Ensure operational, food safety and compliance standards are achieved

About you

- Experience leading a high-volume restaurant, pub, club or hospitality venue

- Strong people leadership and coaching skills

- Experience managing P&L; performance and cost control





- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

- High energy, resilience and a positive attitude

- A track record of building engaged, high-performing teams
