The Opportunity

As our Portfolio Leasing Manager (Leasing Lead), you'll be responsible for driving leasing performance across a growing collection of Build-to-Rent communities.

You'll lead our Central Leasing Team, partner closely with onsite teams and use data-driven insights to optimise the customer journey from first enquiry through to move-in.

This is more than a leasing role. It's an prospect to influence strategy, elevate customer experience and make a real impact on occupancy performance across the portfolio.

What You'll Be Doing

Drive Leasing Performance

- Lead leasing strategy across multiple Build-to-Rent communities to maximise occupancy and revenue outcomes.

- Monitor leasing pace, conversion metrics and pipeline performance across the portfolio.

- Identify trends, opportunities and risks, making recommendations that drive results.

Lead & Inspire Teams

- Manage and develop the Central Leasing Team, fostering a high-performance and customer-first culture.

- Coach and mentor leasing professionals to achieve exceptional conversion outcomes.





- Partner with onsite teams to ensure a seamless leasing experience across every community.

Enhance the Customer Journey

- Optimise every stage of the leasing funnel, from enquiry to application and move-in.

- Improve lead response times, qualification processes and conversion performance.

- Ensure prospects receive a consistently exceptional customer experience across the portfolio.

Leverage Data & Insights

- Analyse leasing performance, inventory trends and market demand.

- Deliver meaningful reporting and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

- Use customer insights to continuously enhance leasing effectiveness.

About You

You're a commercially minded leasing or sales leader who knows how to turn interest into occupancy. You thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy working across multiple assets and love balancing performance, people leadership and customer experience.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

- Experience leading leasing or sales teams within residential, multifamily, property management or Build-to-Rent environments

- Strong understanding of leasing pipelines, conversion metrics and sales performance drivers

- Experience working across multiple assets,



portfolios or centralised leasing operations

- The ability to influence stakeholders and build robust relationships across teams

- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

- Experience with Yardi or similar CRM/property management systems will be highly regarded
