About the role

The Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution and completion of projects from inception to closeout. This role requires solid leadership, technical expertise, and exceptional communication skills to manage project teams, budgets, schedules, and client relationships. The Project Manager ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.

- Coordinate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.

- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

- Manage and track project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, change orders and progress reports.

- Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.





- Prepare and submit accurate and timely invoices and progress billings.

- Negotiate and manage subcontractor and supplier contracts.

- Lead and motivate project teams, providing clear direction and support.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

About you

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.

- 5-10 years of experience in HVAC project management.

- Proven track record of successfully managing HVAC projects of varying sizes and complexities.

- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and industry standards.

- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Aconex etc).

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to read and interpret standards, specifications, and technical drawings.

- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.

- Valid driver's license.
