PWR | South West Division | 7:7 Roster to Bunbury

PWR is a leading provider of fire suppression, emergency response and rescue solutions across Western Australia. We're seeking an experienced Fire Supervisor to lead our South West team (DIDO)

You'll run the day-to-day of a busy regional fire systems operation — work orders, tooling assets, crew rostering and client scheduling — with direct client contact on maintenance, repair and installation work. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who already knows the WA fire industry and wants to run their own patch.

What You'll Do

- Coordinate day-to-day fire suppression team operations, including hands-on site support
- Client liaison on work schedules, quality issues and enquiries
- Quote and estimate costs and variations for fire suppression work
- Plan, schedule and monitor work timelines and expenditure against quotes
- Identify manning and material requirements, and roster staff accordingly
- Assemble and coordinate project teams




- Spot/Development work opportunities during site visits to promote business growth.
- Ensure technicians follow activity and task-specific work instructions
- Own the safety culture on your patch — full HSEQ compliance

What You'll Bring
Essential

- Strong trade tenure in the fire industry as an A Grade Electrician or Fire Alarm Technician.
- Robust Word and Excel skills
- Working knowledge of AS1851, AS1670, AS2118, AS4214, AS2419
- Practical experience installing and servicing fixed suppression systems
- Experience in logistics, stock management, quoting and estimation

Desirable

- EAHL, Certificate II, OEM fire courses, and/or programming experience
- 2-3 years supervisory experience
