The Opportunity

The successful applicant will be reporting to the Branch Manager, with support from the Sales Director. They will be responsible for creating value for our customers ensuring accuracy and efficiency while contributing to sustaining an enjoyable team workplace. This role will suit someone who enjoys work variety while providing customers with the highest level of service.

About You

As a Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:

- Business Development – actively seeking out new areas of growth and development for our range of products

- Establish and grow a customer network within the targeted geographic location

- Consistently deliver first-class customer service

- Liaise with Sales Manager to implement,



sustain and exceed monthly forecasted sales targets

- Effectively communicate with all other departments and branches within the business

- Liaise with appropriate sources to accurately appraise and value all machinery offered for trade-in or purchase

- Represent the company at field days and demonstration days

- Ensure timely and accurate sales administration

- All other duties as required by management

Person Specification

As a successful Sales Representative, you will have:

- Proven experience working in lifestyle and/or agricultural products.

- Demonstrated sales achievements

- A proactive outlook and tactful problem-solving skills

- An ability to manage your workload to achieve set outcomes, be accountable and reliable, operate with effective communication skills and provide exceptional customer service

- An ability to work under pressure, with attention to detail

- Excellent time management skills and be a team player who works with initiative, commitment and a positive attitude

- A passion for farming and the agricultural industry

- High level of computer literacy

- Valid and current driver's Licence
