Due to another increase in enrolments, our centre continues to grow and we are seeking experienced Early Childhood Educators to join our highly regarded team.

Our strong reputation within the community, commitment to quality practice and supportive team culture have resulted in continuing demand from families. As a result, we are now looking for skilled educators who can contribute confidently to high-quality programs and positive outcomes for children.

About the Role

Working alongside experienced educators and leaders, you will:

- Support the planning, implementation and evaluation of educational programs

- Create engaging learning experiences aligned with the EYLF and VEYLDF

- Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues

- Contribute to a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment

- Maintain quality documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements

- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the service

What We're Looking For

You will:





- Hold or be actively working towards an approved Early Childhood qualification

- Have previous experience working in an early childhood education and care setting

- Demonstrate strong knowledge of child development and best practice

- Be a collaborative team member with excellent communication skills

- Be committed to child safety, wellbeing and continuous professional growth
