Full-Time Chef

We’re on the hunt for a motivated, hands-on Full time Chef to join our kitchen team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and has a genuine passion for great food, quality produce, and well-executed service.

About the Role

Working closely with the team, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen. You’ll help deliver a consistent, high-quality food offering while maintaining strong kitchen culture, smooth service, and excellent standards across prep, service, and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and execute dishes to a high standard during service

- Support menu execution and contribute ideas for seasonal changes

- Maintain kitchen organisation, cleanliness, and food safety standards

- Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste

- Work efficiently during busy services while maintaining quality





- Support and collaborate with other kitchen team members

- Ensure compliance with WHS and food safety regulations

About You

- Previous experience as a Chef or Cook in a similar venue

- Strong understanding of kitchen operations and service flow

- Passion for quality food and attention to detail

- Calm, reliable, and confident during service

- A team player with a positive attitude

- Available to work evenings and weekends (always have Sundays off!)
