About the role

GW Patios is a leading supplier and builder of patios, pergolas and carports, specialising in the Stratco Outback range. We're looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our team and take ownership of customer enquiries from initial lead through to sale. This role would suit someone with sales experience and a genuine interest in building, construction, renovations or home improvement.

Key responsibilities

- Manage incoming leads and customer enquiries
- Attend customer consultations and site visits
- Develop patio, pergola and carport solutions
- Prepare quotes, proposals and basic site plans
- Follow up leads and convert opportunities into sales
- Liaise with customers and the GW team
- Develop knowledge of products, construction requirements and council guidelines
- Manage your own appointments, pipeline and follow-ups

About you

- Sales-driven, motivated and confident asking for the sale
- Resilient and able to bounce back from rejection




- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Practical interest in building, construction or home improvement
- Comfortable learning and using software/programs
- Organised, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Professional, reliable and well presented
- Able to travel for customer appointments and site visits
- Own reliable vehicle and ABN
- Experience in building, construction, renovations, estimating, trade, building products or residential sales highly regarded
