Ready to build your career at the intersection of brand and product in a well-known global brand?
Due to an internal promotion, b.box is looking for a highly organised, detail-driven Brand + Product Coordinator to join our Brand + Category team on a 7-month contract, covering maternity leave. This is a great opportunity for an early-career marketer or product professional who loves structure, systems and data. You'll get hands-on exposure to how a global brand takes products from launch to shelf across multiple regions.
You'll report to our Brand Manager, with a dotted line to our Product Portfolio Manager, and work closely with Brand, Product Design, Sales and Production. It's a highly collaborative role that connects with most areas of the business.
This is a hybrid role based at our Notting Hill HQ, with the flexibility to work from home up to 2 days per week.
About the role
This role supports both our Brand and Product Portfolio teams. You'll coordinate the brand assets, content, guidelines, product data and systems that keep everything we produce on-brand, accurate and on time, across every channel and region. You'll be involved in everything from organising photoshoots and managing our Global Toolkit to keeping the business informed on product launches and maintaining master data for every SKU.
What you'll be doing
- Coordinating photography and videography projects, including timelines, logistics, talent sourcing, wardrobe and styling, and all legal paperwork such as talent releases and permits
- Managing day-to-day operation of our Product Launch templates and workflows in ClickUp, and giving the business scheduled updates on launch timelines and delivery dates
- Coordinating and maintaining master data for all SKUs across our systems, including NetSuite, and running master data audits and GS1 barcode verification
- Maintaining the Marketing Copy Master and records of Amazon, ecommerce and general marketing copy, with accuracy and version control
- Supporting the Global Toolkit, including distributor access, file naming, metadata, meta-tagging, audits and clean-ups
- Assisting with product research, range review preparation and performance reporting across the b.box range and regions
- Coordinating trade marketing assets such as product spec sheets, grouped presentations and sales deck templates
- Managing translations, and assisting with the final artwork process for products and packaging
- Maintaining brand guidelines, personas and merchandising guidelines, and supporting the rollout of brand updates to internal teams and distributors
- Providing administration support, including cross-team scheduling, Canto training, surveys, awards tracking, key brand data and EU packaging waste reporting
This role is ideal for someone who
- Has some early-career experience in marketing, product or category and wants to broaden it across both brand and product
- Loves organisation, data and systems, and takes pride in accuracy and detail
- Is analytical and commercially minded, and comfortable owning a recommendation
- Is confident juggling multiple projects and deadlines
- Is an active AI user who looks for ways to improve workflows
What you'll bring
- Solid analytical and data skills, with category, market analysis or consumer insight experience (consumer products or FMCG a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the confidence to present and constructively challenge at a senior level
- Excellent project management and coordination skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills (a must)
- Exposure to AI tools such as Claude (preferred)
- Comfort learning new platforms and technologies
- A proactive, problem-solving and collaborative attitude
Why join b.box?
- A maternity leave contract with genuine learning and development opportunity
- Hybrid working, with up to 2 days per week from home
- Exposure to both brand and product portfolio operations in a global business
- Hands-on experience across ecommerce, Amazon, trade marketing and product launches
- A supportive, collaborative team environment
- A values-led culture built on BRAVE: Bold, Responsible, Authentic, Visionary and Edgy
- Work with a purpose-led brand loved by families around the world
