About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, client-centric financial advice and holistic wealth solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, identify opportunities, and develop strategies tailored to individual goals and circumstances.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships founded on trust, professionalism, and exceptional service.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the client base through referrals, networking, and business development initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with support teams to ensure the efficient, accurate, and compliant delivery of client outcomes.
- Maintain accurate client records and adhere to all regulatory, compliance, and professional standards.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative culture and support the continued success and growth of the Hobart office.
About You
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities to grow and deepen client relationships.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a professional services environment.
- Ability to work effectively within a regulated environment and maintain high standards of compliance and professionalism.

Qualifications
- Essential: Completed tertiary qualifications in Financial Planning or a related discipline.
- Essential: Meets current Financial Adviser education requirements.
- Ability to satisfy pre-employment screening requirements, including criminal history, bankruptcy and ASIC checks.
Remuneration package offered ranges between $120,000 - $160,000, including superannuation and leave loading, dependent on qualifications and experience.
