About the Opportunity
CE Group is seeking an organised and proactive Site Administrator to support a major project operation based in Mount Morgan.

This role will work on a Monday to Friday roster and play a key role supporting workforce coordination, compliance, document control and day to day site administration activities within a rapid paced project environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate travel, accommodation, transfers and journey management
- Organise and minute meetings; maintain project, safety and workforce records
- Manage medicals, training, site access and compliance requirements
- Maintain online portals and support daily site administration

About You

- Project or site administration experience; mining,



construction or infrastructure exposure highly regarded
- Strong organisation, communication and Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
- Confident managing priorities, online systems and working independently
- Unrestricted driver’s licence and willingness to complete a pre-employment medical
