About the Role

We are looking for a Casual Practice Administrator to provide reception and administration support at our Bounce Health Group Blackburn clinic.

The successful applicant must be available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, with a variety of morning and evening shifts across these days.

You’ll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of the clinic and creating a welcoming and professional experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities

- Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism

- Managing bookings, phone calls and client enquiries

- Processing payments and daily takings

- Maintaining a clean, tidy and patient-ready clinic environment





- Assisting with accounts and general administrative duties

- Laundering towels and preparing treatment rooms

What We’re Looking For

- Availability on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays for a variety of morning and evening shifts

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Solid computer skills, including Word, Excel and email

- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to help

- High attention to detail and strong time management skills

- Ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment

- Previous administration or medical reception experience preferred

- Experience with practice management software is a bonus
