Lime Recruitment is currently working with a Queensland Government client to recruit an experienced Enterprise Architect. In this role, you will lead the development, design, scope, and implementation of Enterprise Architecture to support and influence digitally enabled clinical and business change.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development, maintenance, and implementation of the Target State Enterprise Architecture, Domain Enterprise Architecture, Integration frameworks, and architectural governance pathways.

- Provide overall architecture leadership and design assurance for the SAP S/4HANA Finance upgrade, ensuring design decisions are documented, traceable, and aligned to enterprise standards.

- Provide architectural direction across upgrade build activities, including standard functionality remediation, custom applications, security roles/authorisations, and interface/integration designs.

- Support testing phases (SIT, regression, end-to-end, performance, and security testing) by resolving design-related defects and validating non-functional requirements.

- Guide technical specialists in developing end-to-end solution architectures supporting business case development, invitations to offer (ITO), and production cutover readiness.

- Develop domain strategies and roadmaps aligned to Queensland Health business priorities to address technology risks and shape the future ICT program of work.

- Prepare high-level strategy responses, briefing materials, executive submissions, and information papers to influence architectural and ICT investment decisions.

About You:





- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise architecture for large-scale ICT transformation initiatives, including defining current/future state architectures, transition states, and roadmaps.

- Proven expertise delivering solution and enterprise architecture leadership within SAP S/4HANA environments (including S/4HANA Finance and RISE with SAP / Private Cloud Edition).

- Solid track record delivering major SAP version upgrades or platform migrations across build, test, remediation, and cutover phases.

- Comprehensive capability across business capabilities, operating models, data/information, integration, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and service management architecture domains.

- In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture governance frameworks and standards (e.g., TOGAF, ArchiMate, QGEA, or Queensland Health frameworks).

- Exceptional communication, stakeholder facilitation, and negotiation skills to bridge technical expertise with executive leadership and business priorities.

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in ICT, Computer Science, or Information Systems, along with TOGAF/ArchiMate or SAP certifications, are highly regarded.
