Christ Church Grammar School is seeking an exceptional educator and leader to become our next Head of Year 9 On Queenslea Drive (OQD) Program, commencing January 2027. At the heart of the School's innovative Making of Men program, this unique leadership role provides the opportunity to guide young men through a pivotal stage of adolescent development, fostering identity, character, belonging, resilience and wellbeing.

Reporting to the Director of Experiential Learning, you will lead the delivery and ongoing development of the Year 9 OQD Program, a distinctive two week live in experience that forms part of a broader year long learning journey. Working alongside a talented team of educators and support staff, you will create meaningful experiences that challenge, inspire and support students as they develop independence, healthy relationships, leadership capabilities and a strong sense of self.

This is a highly rewarding opportunity for an experienced educational leader with a passion for student wellbeing, pastoral care, rites of passage and experiential learning. The role may be undertaken on either a residential or non residential basis and includes a teaching load of approximately 0.4 FTE.
