You will optimise medication therapy, provide expert advice and support protected, effective and cost conscious use of medicines.
Key responsibilities
Working collaboratively with pharmacy and multidisciplinary teams, you will provide therapeutic guidance, support medication management and contribute to patient care.
You will also assist with supervision, counselling and service delivery while maintaining professional standards.
What you need
You're a motivated Pharmacist ready to support safe and effective medication management.
You bring strong communication skills, clinical knowledge and the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
Bachelor of Pharmacy and eligible for Board registration.
