The Gertrude Hotel in the heart of Fitzroy, is seeking someone to help support the Venue Manager and events team with a combination of event operations and day-to-day service. Working with an amazing team of staff in a beautiful venue, you'll be proud to call it home.

ABOUT YOU:
n
n
Restaurant management/ event management experience with a talent for creating memorable and welcoming experiences for all guests
n
a passion for food, people, and hospitality
n
enjoy working as part of a focused (and fun) team
n
demonstrated experience leading a team
n
demonstrated knowledge of managing the ins and outs of a large scale restaurant/ event space or pub
n
have excellent communication and organisational skills
n
experience working upscale events and private dinners a bonus
n
n
