About the Leading Hand Role
As a licensed Leading Hand, you will take charge of onsite operations for our new and ongoing commercial projects.
You will work closely with management to guide the team, ensuring all jobs are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
The successful candidate will have:
Current Electrical Contractor Licence.
White Card (or equivalent).
Open manual driver's license.




Working at Heights/EWP (desirable but not essential).
Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor a team.
Robust communication and organisational skills.
A strict commitment to safety and compliance.
