Job Description
MacKillop Family Services in Melbourne's Northern Residential Care Program seeks an Assistant House Supervisor to lead a team of Residential Care Workers and deliver secure, nurturing, and therapeutic care.
You will report to the Residential Care Coordinator and help oversee day-to-day operations, ensure high-quality care plans, and support young people to build resilience and belonging within a culturally safe environment.
