Yarra Ranges Kindergartens Inc. (YRKI) is a not-for-profit, community-run Early Years Manager providing high-quality sessional kindergarten programs across 22 services. We deliver inclusive and engaging programs for three- and four-year-old children, guided by community need, regulatory requirements,



and best practice in early childhood education.

About You
n
We're seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher, Nominated Supervisor and Educational Leader committed to providing the best Kinder experience for children and their families possible.
n
n
Early Childhood Teaching qualification - VIT registration required
n
Develop and deliver a high-quality educational program in consultation with children, families and Educators.
n
Lead team communication, supervision, and regular performance discussions
n
Strong grasp of EYLF, NQS, National Law and Regulations
n
Track record improving quality, culture, compliance and service reliability
n
Calm under pressure, decisive, and child-safety focused
n
n
