n We are currently seeking an experienced Clinical Governance professional to join a leading Home Care organisation on an initial 6-week contract, with the potential for extension.

Contract: Initial 6 weeks, with potential to extend

Hours: Full-time
n
Start: Ideally onboarded by 23 September
n
Reporting to: Executive - Home Care
n
Working closely with: Home Care leadership team
n
n
About the Role
n
You will work closely with senior Home Care leaders to provide clinical governance oversight and support robust clinical and quality outcomes across home care services.
n Key areas will include:
n
n
Clinical governance and oversight
n
Supporting quality and compliance frameworks
n
Working collaboratively with Home Care leadership
n
Providing clinical expertise and guidance
n
Supporting risk management and continuous improvement
n
Contributing to strong clinical and consumer outcomes
n
Assisting leadership with clinical decision-making and governance matters
n
n
About You
n
We are looking for someone who has:
n
n




Registered Nurse background or current AHPRA registration
n
Strong clinical governance leadership experience, at least 3 years
n
Experience working within Home Care, Aged Care, Healthcare or a related environment
n
Strong understanding of clinical risk, compliance and quality
n
Ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
n
Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
Ability to step into a senior role and contribute from day one
n
n
Mandatory Requirement

NDIS Clearance required
n
Candidates awaiting clearance may be considered if they can provide:n

Evidence that their NDIS clearance application has been submitted
n
Signed statutory declaration
n
