Job Description
Clayton Utz is seeking a Knowledge Lawyer to join the National KM team, supporting Corporate, M&A; & Capital Markets. The role is based in Sydney, with openness to Brisbane or Melbourne, balancing legal work with knowledge management to improve precedents and research access across the Corporate practice.

You will work with partners and senior associates, updating resources, training lawyers, and promoting knowledge-sharing within a large national firm.
