Core Talent is currently recruiting an experienced Site Supervisor to join a growing project team delivering major industrial and automation projects.
n
Lead the installation and commissioning of advanced automated warehouse systems, including high-capacity material handling and conveyor technology used in modern distribution centres.
n
This is a great opportunity for a hands-on Site Supervisor who enjoys being on the tools, coordinating multiple contractors and making sure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
n
You'll be involved in large-scale projects across the industrial, FMCG, warehousing, logistics and commercial sectors.
n
The Role
n
You'll take ownership of day-to-day site operations, working closely with project managers, subcontractors, clients and installation teams to keep works moving and ensure everything is delivered as planned.
n Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Supervising daily site activities and coordinating multiple trades and contractors
n
Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently
n
Coordinating installation, construction and project activities on site
n
Reading and interpreting drawings and ensuring works are delivered accordingly
n
Monitoring project progress, quality and workmanship
n
Conducting site inspections and ensuring WHS requirements are maintained
n
Coordinating site teams, materials, equipment and resources
n
Working closely with clients, contractors and project management teams
n
Identifying and resolving site issues before they impact project delivery
n
Supporting commissioning, installation and handover activities where required
n

What We're Looking For
n




We're looking for someone who knows how to run a site and isn't afraid to get involved.
n You'll ideally have:
n
n
5+ years' experience in site supervision or site management
n
Experience across industrial, FMCG, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing or commercial projects
n
Strong subcontractor and workforce management experience
n
A solid understanding of construction processes, WHS and quality requirements
n
Ability to read and interpret construction and technical drawings
n
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
n
A proven ability to coordinate multiple activities and competing priorities
n
Relevant trade qualifications are highly regarded
n
n
Experience That Will Stand Out
n
You will be particularly well suited if you've worked within:

Automation or material handling
n
Distribution centres and large warehouses
n
Food manufacturing or FMCG
n
Industrial construction
n
Installation or commissioning environments
n
Greenfield or brownfield projects
n
Principal contractor or engineering environments
n
n
A mechanical or electrical trade background would also be highly regarded.
n Experience with major automation businesses would be advantageous.

What You Can Expect

Monday to Friday, typically 6am–3pm
n
Some Saturday work when required

Current White Card
n
Relevant site supervision experience
n
Ability to pass a medical assessment
n
Willingness to participate in random drug and alcohol testing
