Job Description
An established commercial builder is looking for a 2IC / Site Supervisor to join the delivery team on a $50m Aged Care project in Melbourne's South East.
n Working directly under a highly experienced Senior Site Manager, you will take ownership of the façade and finishes, coordinating subcontractors, driving programme and ensuring quality through to completion.
n
This would suit an experienced Supervisor or Foreman ready to take on more responsibility and continue progressing towards Site Management.

About You
n
n
Commercial or multi-residential construction experience
n
Strong façade and/or finishes experience
n
Supervisor, Foreman or 2IC experience
n
Confident coordinating and managing subcontractors
n
Strong understanding of programme, sequencing, quality and safety
n
Clear communicator who works well with site and project teams
n
IT savvy and comfortable using construction management software
n
Organised, proactive and able to take ownership of your packages
n
Ambitious and looking to progress your career
n
