ProQuest Recruitment is currently seeking multiple Customer Service Representatives to join a well-known and respected Power Tool company based in Truganina. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a large-scale product recall project, working within a supportive team setting.

About the Role
n
As part of a dedicated customer service team, you will be responsible for contacting end users and coordinating product recall activities.



Your duties will include:
n
n
Making outbound calls to customers and end users
n
Liaising with customers to organise product returns and recalls
n
Providing professional and accurate information
n
Updating customer records and maintaining accurate data
n
Working with Excel spreadsheets to track progress and outcomes
n
Ensuring all customer interactions are handled efficiently and professionally
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
Previous customer service or call centre experience
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
Confidence making outbound calls and speaking with customers
n
Strong attention to detail
n
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
n
The ability to learn new systems quickly
n
A positive attitude and robust work ethic
