Key Responsibilities
n
n
Conductinitial consultation, patient assessments and treatment plans.
n
Facial treatments includingfacials, skin needling, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion and chemical peels.
n
Laser therapies includinglaser hair removal and tattoo removal.
n
Have a broad knowledge of other services within the organisation and provide cross referrals to other disciplines when appropriate
n
Maintain a high standard of record keeping including photography, consultation, treatment notes and follow up with clients.
n
Ability to work in a team environment and perform basic reception and housekeeping duties.
n
Provide the best and most indulgent spa‐like service to every client.
n

The successful applicant will possess the following attributes:

Must have previous experience in beauty/spa therapy as a facialist
n
Must love the relaxing and pampering component of skin therapy and be passionate about creating memorable experiences for every client.
n
Provide beautiful massages while delivering clinical treatments.
n
Friendly, professional and well presented
n
Outstanding customer service and the ability to create connections and grow clientele
n
Exceptional communication skills and phone manner
n
Must be fast learner

Reliable, hardworking & honest

Ability to use their own initiativeFlexible with availability, able to work a late night and cover leave
