We are seeking an experienced Butcher / Meat Worker / Knife Hand / Boner / Portion Cutter for early morning cutting operations (4:00am-7:00am), Monday to Friday.
This is a highly flexible role suited to experienced operators looking for:
Full-time employment
across production and warehouse
Part-time early morning work
(ideal if you want to
maintain other employment
)
Contractor arrangements
for skilled knife hands
Key Responsibilities
Portion cutting meat to
customer specifications
Bandsaw operation
(essential)
Boning, trimming, slicing and knife work
Maintaining
yield, consistency and product quality
Working within
food safety / HACCP standards
General production / warehouse duties (full time roles)
Skills & Experience
Experience as a
butcher, meat worker, knife hand, boner or portion cutter
Strong
bandsaw experience
(essential)
Ability to
portion cut accurately to weight and spec




Reliable with ability to work
early morning shifts (4am start)
Experience in
fast-paced meat processing environments
Pay & Benefits
$38 - $50 per hour (depending on experience and arrangement)
Monday-Friday only - no weekend work
Flexible arrangements to suit
full-time, part-time or contractor engagement
Opportunity to work morning shift and continue other employment
