You will collaborate with the Nurse Unit Manager, Associate Nurse Unit Managers and multidisciplinary team to support protected care delivery, clinical excellence and a positive team culture.

Key responsibilities

Working across a range of admission pathways, including elective surgery, Emergency Department, ICU, RMH@Home and inter-hospital transfers, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to patients with varied and complex needs.
n
Deliver safe, effective and person-centred nursing care in accordance with RMH policies, procedures and professional standards.
n
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for patients across the surgical journey.
n
Provide high-quality pre and post-operative care to patients across Urology, Vascular, Breast Oncology and Endocrinology specialties.
n

What you need
n
n
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA/NMBA.
n
Minimum 3 years of acute nursing experience.
n
Strong clinical assessment, reasoning and prioritisation skills.
