About the Role
n
We have an exciting chance for a Finance Officer with Accounts Receivable experience to join our Finance Services team.
n
Working alongside a highly skilled and supportive team of accounting and finance professionals,



you will play a key role in delivering accurate and effective accounts receivable services while contributing to the overall financial operations of the organisation.
n
This position supports the delivery of high-quality financial services and contributes to the ongoing improvement of financial processes, systems and controls.
n
Key Responsibilities Include
n
n
Delivering Accounts Receivable functions efficiently and accurately.
n
Building collaborative working relationships with Finance team members, IPC Health staff and external customers.
n
Supporting the Accounts Payable function as required.
n
Assisting with financial accounting activities and internal and external audit requirements.
n
Contributing to finance-related process improvement initiatives.
n
Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
n
Supporting efficient financial operations that contribute to organisational performance and accountability.
n

To Succeed, You Will Need
n
n
Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, or equivalent experience demonstrating strong accounts receivable and reconciliation skills.
n
Experience using accounting systems and Microsoft Office applications.
n
Strong organisational, administrative and problem-solving skills.
n
High level attention to detail and accuracy.
n
Demonstrated customer service skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
n
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
n
Commitment to continuous improvement and teamwork.

Desirable
n
n
Experience within a community health, not-for-profit or public sector environment.
n
Experience supporting Accounts Payable and broader finance functions.
n
Knowledge of financial compliance and audit processes.
