We are currently working with a developer Builder that is running projects up to $10M in value. The company have enjoyed significant growth over the past 24 months and have further diversified their project portfolio into the mid density residential market.

The Role:
n
n
To start with your main area of responsibility be to produce bill of quantities for medium to large scale townhouse developments
n
You will review and translate technical documentation apply costs and rates accordingly.
n
n
Your Skill Set:
n
n
2-3 years experience in the construction industry as an Estimator.
n
Demonstrated experience in producing BOQ`s
n
The ability to read an interpret technical drawings.
n
Experience using CostX and or Databuild preferred but not essential
n
Strong communication skills
n
The ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
n
A methodical approach and attention to detail.
n
Driven and career focused.
n
Robust communication skills
