We are looking for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused retail staff to join us our team at our new store in the Melbourne Airport.

This is a great opportunity to work with a fast-growing eCommerce brand in a face-to-face retail setting.

About the Role:
n You'll be working at our Melbourne Domestic Airport store, helping customers explore and purchase our range of wireless charging accessories. You'll need to be confident demonstrating tech/charging products, answering questions, and providing a great customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
n

Engaging with customers and demonstrating SnapWireless products
n
Processing sales using a POS system (Shopify POS experience a bonus)
n
Meeting daily/weekly sales targets
n
Keeping the kiosk clean, tidy, and visually on-brand
n
Assisting with inventory checks
n

About You:
n
n
Previous sales experience in tech, lifestyle, or accessory retail (e.g. mobile accessories, Apple, JB Hi-Fi, Telstra etc)
n
Confident communicator who loves helping customers
n
Comfortable learning and explaining product features
n
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
n
Flexible to work weekdays, weekends, late-night trade, and peak periods (Black Friday, December rush)
n
Bonus: You're into tech, travel, or sleek product design
n

Location: Melbourne Domestic Airport T3
n
Start date: ASAP (pending Airport access card approvals)
n
Casual hourly rate + penalty rates on weekends/public holidays
n
