n Prestigious Design studio with a secure pipeline of projects in the Multi Res, Mixed Use and Hospitality across Australia seek a Senior Architect to join the studio in Brisbane to delivery high end design multi storey tower - Multi Res/Hospitality. This role is suited to a design-led professional with strong technical capability, and a passion for delivering high-quality architecture across residential, hospitality, workplace and mixed-use projects.

About the Role
n
You will work closely with an Associate Director to coordinate and lead projects from DD, collaborating closely with Associate Directors and Director, consultants and internal teams to deliver refined, detail-driven outcomes aligned with high end design philosophy.

Key Responsibilities
n

Lead and manage projects from concept through to delivery
n
Coordinate consultant teams and client relationships
n
Prepare and review design documentation and construction packages
n
Ensure project quality,



programme and commercial objectives are achieved
n
Contribute to design development and studio culture
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
n
Registered Architect with 5 + years' professional experience
n
Robust design sensibility with excellent technical knowledge
n
Proven experience delivering high-end architecture and interiors projects
n
Proficiency in Revit and documentation coordination
n
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
n
