A respected specialist litigation firm is continuing its strong growth and is seeking an outstanding Senior Associate, Special Counsel or Partner with
current experience in a commercial litigation practice
to join its Brisbane team.
The Opportunity
You will step into high-end disputes work across the superior courts, managing complex and strategically significant matters for a diverse client base including national corporates, SMEs and government-related entities. Work will include:
Complex commercial litigation
Corporate insolvency and bankruptcy
Building and construction disputes
The ability to carve out a niche or specialise as the practice continues to scale




You will have genuine autonomy while still enjoying the support of a cohesive, cooperative team.

Who We're Looking For
You are an accomplished commercial litigator with
at least 5 years PAE
, confident in running your own matters, trusted by clients and comfortable leading others. You communicate with precision, think strategically under pressure and contribute positively to the broader team.
