Responsibilities
Asthe Finance lead , you will provide strategic financial leadership acrossthe organisation, working closely with senior stakeholders and the existingfinance team.
Thisrole is suited to someone who can come into an established environment, assessthe current structure and set clear financial strategies and frameworks forthe future .
Youwill be responsible for:
Developing andimplementingfinancialstrategies aligned with business objectives
Providingcommercialfinancialadvice and insight to senior leadership
Reviewing andstrengtheningexistingfinancial processes, systems and controls
Improvingfinancialreporting,forecasting and business intelligence
Increasing visibilityacrossprofitability,cash flow and overall business performance
Identifying opportunities toimprove financial performance and commercial outcomes
Supporting business growthand organisational transformation
Providingstrategicleadership,direction and capability uplift to the existing financefunction
Establishing clearfinancialframeworks,processes and reporting structures




Identifying financial risksand opportunities and providing recommendations to senior stakeholders
Supporting the businessthrough its next phase of growth and development
Your Profile
The ideal candidate will be an experienced seniorfinance skilled who is comfortable operating strategically while alsohaving the ability to understand the detail and drive change.
Significantexperiencein a Financial Controller, Finance Manager, Head of Financeor similar senior finance leadership position
Relevanttertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a relateddiscipline
CPA or CAqualification is essential
Strongcommercial and strategic financial management experience
Demonstratedexperiencedeveloping and implementing financial strategies
Strongunderstandingof financial reporting, governance, controls andperformancemanagement
Experienceworking within a complex, multi-site, service-based or labour-intensiveorganisationhighly regarded
Strongleadership and stakeholder management skills
Ability toassess an existing finance function and implement improvedstructures,processesand reporting
Confidentcommunicatorwith the ability to influence senior stakeholders and providecommercial challenge
Available tocommence a 12-month contract
