Key responsibilities

Manage phone calls, appointment bookings, and patient inquiries

Process payments and maintain accurate records

Support podiatrists with general administrative tasks

Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area

About you
n
Previous experience in a medical or allied health reception role (preferred but not essential)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Robust organizational abilities and attention to detail
n
Proficient with computer systems; experience with medical practice software is a plus

Able to work independently and as part of a team
