An opportunity has become available for an experienced
Senior Contracts Administrator
to join a growing Sydney construction and development group on a major
$270m mixed-use project in Gordon
.
n
The project comprises
two residential towers with approximately 200 apartments per tower
, with mixed-use components at ground level.
n
The business operates across both
third-party head contracting and developer-builder projects
and currently has a
$1.5bn forward pipeline
, providing genuine continuity beyond this project.
The Role n
Working closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team, you will take ownership across:
n
n
Procurement and tendering of major trade packages
n
Scope preparation, tender analysis and recommendations
n
Subcontract negotiation and contract letting
n
Variations, EOTs, claims and progress payments
n
Cost reporting, forecasting and commercial risk
n
Managing subcontractor performance throughout delivery
n
Supporting the broader commercial performance of the project
n
n




This role needs someone who is genuinely strong
front-end commercially
and can independently procure, negotiate and let major packages -
not purely a cost-reporting CA
.
About You n
n
Experienced
Senior CA
from a head contractor or developer-builder
n
Demonstrated experience on
$100m+ projects
n
Background across
Class 2 residential, mixed-use, BTR, PBSA/student accommodation or aged care
n
Strong procurement and subcontract negotiation experience
n
Comfortable taking major packages from
tender through contract award and delivery
n
Strong commercial acumen and communication skills
n
